Project in Taksim, which we have implemented by carefully preserving the historical values ​​of the region in which it is located, is not only the first and largest project in Turkey carried out with a public-private sector partnership , but also a pioneering and inspiring project that was deemed worthy of Europe's Best Urban Renewal Award . Project in Taksim, which has a construction area of ​​154,591 m² and a facade length of 220 meters, consists of 9 buildings and 825 independent sections, each of which is surrounded by concept streets full of meticulously and carefully designed residences, offices, shopping and social spaces. Our project, which consists of 122 offices, 558 residences with tourism residence status, 9 independent office buildings, 135 commercial units and the 110-room Canopy by Hilton Hotel , also has a parking lot with a capacity of 550 vehicles.
